The Council of Management of PSE is consisting of 13 members which includes
- 6 members the broker members of which 1/3rd are retired by rotation every year and vacancies caused by their retirement is filled in at the AGM.
- 3 members are appointed as "Public Representative" by SEBI on the basis of recommendations from the Stock Exchange. The member's tenure is till another person replacing him is appointed.
- 3 members are appointed by SEBI as its Nominee and the tenure of these SEBI Nominees is at the discretion of SEBI and they are not liable to retire by rotation.
- Executive Director whose appointment is approved by SEBI.
OFFICE BEARERS
The office bearers of the exchange are appointed from the 6 elected council members at the first Council meeting held within 10 days from the AGM. They are -

President - | The tenure is of maximum 2 consecutive terms. |
| Vice-President- | The tenure is of maximum 2 consecutive terms. |
| Treasurer- | The tenure is normally for one year. |
