Pune Stock Exchange Limited is one of the well established regional Stock Exchanges. It is functioning in a computerised environment with screen-based tading. To strengthen its existing manegerial personnel, the exchange wishes to appoint the following personnel:

Manager – Accounts , Listing and Compliance (1 post) : The candidate should be in the age group of 35 yrs to 45 yrs. and should have qualifications of M.Com / MBA (Finance) with atleast 8 yrs of experience in reputed Merchant Banking / stock broking firm / finance company / Stock Exchanges etc. Candidates having additional qualification of L.L.B./A.C.S./ A.I.C.W.A. will be preferred.

The job responsibilities involve ensuring compliance of SEBI guidelines & Bye laws/ regulations of the Exchnage, Regular Accounts work till finalisation of accounts, Listing of companies and monitoring listing agreement compliance, dealing with brokers, handling legal case matters, administration and ensuring compliance with regulatory authorites and exchange operations.

Salary will be commensurate with the experience and expertise. A higher start can be considered in appropriate and deserving cases. The above position is on a contractual basis for 2 years.
